As an established bed and breakfast with a farm shop and greenhouse, maintaining our exceptional service policies is of utmost importance to us. Our top priority is to uphold our reputation and ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience. To achieve this, we have implemented the following policies:

  • Check-In/Check-Out: We understand the significance of a smooth check-in and check-out process. Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is scheduled for 10:00 AM. However, we are always ready to make accommodations for early arrivals or late departures, whenever possible, to cater to our guests’ needs.
  • Cancellations: In the event of cancellations, we kindly request that guests provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation are subject to a charge.
  • Payments: We aim to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our guests. We gladly accept major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers as forms of payment. Please note that payment is due in full at the time of check-out, and any applicable taxes and fees will be added to the final bill.
  • Accessibility: Ensuring that our facilities are accessible to all is a priority for us. We have one ground floor guest room specifically designed to accommodate wheelchair users, providing an inclusive and comfortable experience. Additionally, we warmly welcome service animals to our property.
  • Smoking Policy: To maintain a fresh and clean environment, we have implemented a strict non-smoking policy throughout our buildings. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public veranda / patio’s. However, if you are seeking a place to smoke or for 420-friendly locations in the area, we would be more than happy to provide you with some recommendations upon request.
  • Food Allergies: The satisfaction and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us, which is why we make it a priority to accommodate any dietary restrictions or food allergies. We kindly request that guests inform us in advance of any specific requirements so that we can ensure your needs are met during your stay.
